Once one of our computers went down our first reaction was to contact the place where we purchased it to claim warranty. For our surprise we found out that not only the warranty had expired just the month previous but that it was going to cost an arm and a leg to fix it. They also told that they might get it done within a couple of weeks. That’s when we called Terra Computer services.
Bill showed up to our location, did a no-cost assessment and had the computer fixed within a couple of days. The best news was that it cost way less than the place we bought it was going to charge us. The three elements of a great customer experience were definitely there – low cost, short timeframes and quality work.

When my computers break down, I call Terra computers. They do an awesome job. They look at the computer and let me know whats wrong with it and the price to fix it. If I agree, then they fix it and return the computer to me in a couple of days. They even come to my house and set it up again! Very friendly and honest.
