100% sure left my phone in the taxi. Called dispatch 2 mins later after I was dropped off. Dispatcher told me he could not call the taxi driver directly due to comp. policy even though it was time sensitive and pure common sense. Dispatch said loss prevention dept. would contact driver right away. I was informed they will have an update in 30min. Called them back, then they said 1 more hr for an update. Called back again, theysaid the taxi driver did not find my phone. Lost a regular customer.
Among the legendary incidents of poor taxi service in Surrey our family experience on Sunday tops the list. My wife had made reservations with Pacific Cabs for a handicapped taxi for a 10:30 a.m. pickup with her wheelchair-bound father while I waited at a local restaurant to have our Father’s Day brunch. We waited for 1.5 hours and the taxi never showed up. Sad and disrespectful
Booking through their APP - Booking No 9308778 No cabs showed 2 times this month (Nov 2019) Called them with Booking No, replied: 1st Trip: no booking record..... 2nd Trip: still couldn’t find our booking number Filed complaint, never replied you

Had the dispatcher hang up on me because I wanted to leave a phone number. When I called back to ask for assistance the dispatcher swore at me. Do NOT use this company
took two hours for a cab, when i called to ask how far away the cab was, the lady was snarky and rude. she said the cab was on its way and close by, had to wait another hour. terrible. at least next time tell the truth about how far away the cab really is.
