Arrived at my first session, I quickly realized the professionalism and care the team showed me. Throughout my time there, Trevor and Megan helped set up a plan with exercises and work with machines to help heal my injuries.
I am very thankful to this team for helping me be able to go back to my job again.
Thanks for everything.
Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Good follow up and Stephanie was excellent in treating me for my concussion therapy. Thank you very much for getting me ready and back to work quickly.
I was a regular here at Hazelwood Physiotherapy a few years ago, coming 2-3 for back pain caused by a car accident. I am back here now 2x a week for shoulder pain. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again. All the staff here whom I have dealt with, especially Michael and Jennifer have been great and know what they are doing. Also, Sonia at the front desk is always a pleasure to deal with! I would recommend this office to anyone.
Never have to wait long. The therapy is done in a professional manner. Mike listens to my concerns and addresses any issues respectfully. Only one issue: one of the receptionists was giving information regarding one client to another, regarding attendance and whether further appointments had been booked. A little worrying considering confidentiality.
