    Extremely Rude!

    I came here to pick up a small parcel, and the manager himself (his name tag says Store Manager: SUN) made me wait AN HOUR, and during the whole time my small parcel was right beside him on the counter! No smile, no greeting, no explanation, and of course no apology! The only two words he said during the whole hour were “Wait” and “ID”. If you really want to see how rude a person can be, go to this store.

    Worse customer service ever!! Doesn't even deserve one star rating but because I had to rate it in order to write this review. The store manager Sun is a very miserable person. He was extremely rude to all the customers in the store including the UPS driver. This is also the messiest UPS store I have ever been to. Parcels everywhere. I nearly stepped on one. When I went to pick up my parcel the manager claims it wasn't there so I left the store. I happened to bump into the UPS driver standing outside the store and inquired about it and he said it is at the store and he told me to wait outside for him. I saw the driver found my parcel and confronted the manager. The manager took it and threw my parcel which contained an iPhone at least 3 meters across the store!! I was horrified!!! He did that in front of other customers. I feel so sorry for all the customers who have to deal with him at this store. Who knows how he handles everyone else's parcels. I will definitely file a complaint against him.
