Damaged hardwood floors using carbide ice grippers in house and unmasked during Covid-19. Wiped blood off inside house. Would not return emails. LOWER than 1 Star!!

I went to the Quesnel CrystalGlass on highway 97 north and they were amazing. I had no problem booking. They got me in quick and they offered me drive home and pick up services. They cleaned my vehicle and gave my ten year old autistic son a t-shirt. Above and beyond the service I have ever received. They were so friendly. Thank you for your service.

Went here to see about having my back left window replaced and chip repair and the short dark brown haired CSR was incredibly unwelcoming, not very informative service and justs overall made it seem like my being there was a hassle to her day. All in all I ended up going to a different business becaus of service alone. I hope someone from crystal glas sees this and is able to address the issue.
