Gross food, cold fries, "donation" for pop refill???? Don't waste your money!!!!!

asked for a turtles blizzard, drove up to the window and she gave me one that was sooo runny that the spoon sunk right to the bottom. I asked if i could get hard iced cream as I don't like soft serve, She said that it was busy to the machine makes them really runny. I said no thinks can I have my money back please. And she said here and flipped it on its side (not upside down)'it didn't fall out', here you go. wouldn't give money back, then i found it only had 4 pieces of chocolate, boo

Fries were very under cooked in my Poutine and the burger was cold defiantly not worth the money

The worst Dairy Queen I have ever had the experience of ordering from!!! The staff is so rude when they make a MISTAKE!!! Own the mistake and please correct your mistakes. It's my dollar I am paying your business. So the least Dairy Queen could do is give me what I order and pay for!!! VERY Very very RUDE STAFF!!! And too MANY MISTAKES, for this business. I will never go back!!! (Get competent STAFF)and I might return!!! Thank You!
