I just received my first order from West Coast and the wood quality was good. The order came up a bit short for whatever reason so I gave them a call. They were really friendly over the phone and told me they'd send out a cheque to reimburse me for the amount of wood that was short. No hassle at all, just great customer service. They won me over as a customer for life! Highly recommended.
