Was established in 1980 in Canada and since then was involved In wide variety of projects: commercial, institutional, residential, cultural in Canada, USA, China, Russia. Anatoly Morgulis, principal of the company, graduated from Moscow Architectural Institute in 1961 and was working as architect until 1975. He is author of few major projects constructed in Moscow: theaters MHAT, Sovremenic, institute electronics etc.

In 1975 he immigrated to Canada where he established his own Architectural firm. Anatoly guides all projects, including establishment of general direction and policy, creation of basic design concepts, issuing Contract Documentation for construction. Site supervision.
