I can't even explain how extremely disappointed I am in the nail aesthetician (Laura, I think her name was) at Lou Lou salon.
She was rough on my nails and shaped them terribly, in such a way that they are now ingrowing.
The worst part is that I went in one day and asked specifically if she could do a nail design that I showed her a picture of. She said she could do it, and then the next day when I went in she said, while halfway through my manicure that she couldn't make the nails the matte colour that I showed her. That was annoying enough. Then she smudged some sparkles down the centre of my nails, when they were supposed to be a precise triangle shape.
Seriously unimpressed. I will Never return.
Wow! I am so sorry to say this, but this was the worst hair cut I have ever had in Canada so far. The lady who cut my hair was nice and friendly, but it seemed like it was her first day in this profession. I came home and spent an hour trying to fix the uneven ends. She also did not know how to cut bangs. I actually did a better job at home and I paid 50 something dollars for this amazing service. As you can imagine, I am not going back.
