Friendly staff, great atmosphere! My cat has had chronic health issues for years and I couldn't get a concrete diagnosis at any vet. I booked him an appointment at Cottonwood and had a diagnosis before the end of that day! My cat loves it there, and so do I. He's now 16 and still doing great!
I've had 2 different dogs treated here in the past (one I was very unhappy about) but because my current dog is not being treated here they took away my dog food club card. I have to buy $80/8kg diabetic dog food on a low income so it really would have helped. I had already bought 4 bags = $320 when I was told I wasn't a "customer" so no food card for me. I'm sure not a customer now.
This is such a wonderful clinic! I took my dog there for the first time for a limp in her front leg that has been seen by some other vets but never fixed. Dr. Hart was so great, she was able to do x-rays right away, get a diagnosis and start treating my dog that day! My dog was also very happy there, the staff were very kind and it's very easy to see how much they all love the animals that they work with. She was fed lots of treats and was relaxed and calm the whole time. After a few days on the medications she was given her limp is all gone. I will definitely be making return visits in the future!
waste of time and money. This business has no transparency, changes their fees on every visit. They threaten to stop treating your cat if you negatively review them. I would never reccomend this place to anyone.
they are the friendliest and most caring clinic i have ever taken my pet too.
