We arrived at what seemed to be post-dinner rush. The staff was clearly busy, but it was our first visit and we had to ask if we seated ourselves or waited (as we could not see a sign stating either way). We were abruptly told to wait, and that there was a line in front of us. The line in front of us was one single table who was seated in the entry way drinking bottled beer. They were seated after 10 minutes, at NO time were we acknowledged or offered a beverage. We left after another 10 minutes

Packaged food, cheap cheddar cheese, low quality produce. Certainly not an authentic Mexican establishment. The building and the view are visually excellent but that’s as far as the positives go. No knowledge of actual ethnic Mexican alcoholic drinks aside from Minute-Maid-mixed margaritas. The servers wear casual clothes (ie brand-named logo t-shirts). The service wasn’t friendly, but wasn’t rude. Appallingly high prices (eg $18 for a boring burrito with cheap packaged ingredients). Terrible.
