We bought a boat from Cabelas and the boat ended up having a hole in it. We called them to let them know and they directed us to a 1800 number. They told us to cut out the piece of the boat where the hole was and mail it in, so we did, and paid for shipping. They said it would be 2 weeks for a resolution and this was last June, 14 months ago. We’ve tried contacting them but the customer service reps speak very little English. Now we are out $400. We will not be shopping here ever again.
