“It was very important to me, and will always be important to me, that clients feel at home,” says Connie Manning, general manager at Fluid Day Spa. That is why her Surrey-based relaxation and rejuvenation day retreat welcomes all clients, women and men, to experience a full range of salon and spa services carried out by experienced industry professionals. “My own spa experiences in the past have felt almost like the staff was doing me a favour by letting me be there,” says Connie. “For us, it’s all about the clients and creating a welcoming space so they feel like it’s their spa.”

“We want to offer our clients all of the latest services in beauty and anti-aging, so there’s really nothing that we don’t do quite yet,” says Connie. “It’s been my goal since I joined to create a one-stop shop so clients can walk out our doors looking five years younger.”
