Very clean, and well organized. Extremely helpful staff. Felt I was listened to and that they truly wanted to find the best storage space for my needs.
Space center storage are excellent. They provide a truck with driver to help you move in and make the entire process seem less. The ladies in the office are excellent!!
Space Center has been very accommodating and supportive; I had to change lockers 3 times and each time they were completely flexible and understanding. I highly recommend them.
The ladies at the front desk are amazing, all the services , make you feel secure with leaving your belongs there. Large varieties of different spaces. Will definitely use them again if I need to !
No CUSTOMER service nor genuine appreciation. #1) Penalty for paying a few days late = 50% of rental rate? Huh? Their response, "Did you read your contract?" #2) COD (for $3 GST) package delivery attempt repeatedly refused; no attempt to notify me (phone call, card in box, something???) #3) Zero concern when I cancelled due to poor service; didn't ask/care why. TIP: OK you've got your systems down (+1 star) but you need to remember how to respect and SERVE your WHY: The Customer.
Friendly staff on the phone and in store. Very helpful. Great rates. When everyone in Kelowna is booked up with a waiting list, these guys are building new units constantly and offer a cool service of dropping off a box right outside your house and when it's full they pick it up and store it for you.
we just had our locker broken into and the management basically told us that it was our fault for not having a better lock (it was a beefy medium security lock)the only reason why we knew our locker was compromised was by the police contacting us after recovering some of our property.no new security protocals are being implemented at this business and no apology was given. any one literally can enter the open gate, cut a lock and begin to load up your property and you are none the wiser.
Space Centre Self Storage apologizes for this unfortunate event, we are working diligently with the RCMP to resolve this matter.

I really liked the free move-in truck and you provided. All my stuff went in 1 load and even though it was raining, the truck backed right up to the door and we could unload without getting things wet.
Would love to get the $25 referral fee if I can convince my girlfriends to store their golf clubs, summer tires, mountain bikes and water toys with you so their SUV can stay nice and warm and dry in their garage this winter. Then I don't have to listen to their complaining!
