I am a mobile Veterinary Service for Dogs and Cats only. I do house calls and can do most anything you would do in an appointment at your house. I have hospital privileges for other services like routine surgery, dentals and radiographs. I cover the Kelowna area and West Kelowna, Rutland and Black mountain. Further distances are hard to fit in my schedule so I can only do other areas while time allows so I don't take on full time clients further away. I am best reached by cell phone. I had a terrible experience with her when I needed to put my dog down. When she arrived at my house she was very cold and business like and treated it like a business transaction. She couldn't find a vein on my dog's legs and ended up poking him multiple times in all four legs. Because she couldn't find a vein she said she had to inject into the liver and when she did misplaced the syringe when injecting him and the liquid sprayed everywhere all over my dog and me. She didn't even apologize.
When it comes time to say good-bye to your loved companion be it a cat or dog,the process is much easier when Dr. Pat does a house call for your beloved pet.
Dr. Patt made a difficult day less so with her caring manner and professionalism when she came to our home to help my dog pass. I am so glad I called her rather than going to a clinic.
After having my baby put down in my home, I would never take a pet to the vet to have it done again. It was mellow and peaceful and I appreciate it so much!
