I'm an older lady and I agree they don't take responsibility for their contractors work. I had to also shovel snow to get out of my parking spot. Since I'm newer to strata, don't know what to think but not a good start!! For a professional strata company, you'd think this wouldn't be happening.

Top notch service. Very professional. Actually answer their phone unlike some of the other strata companies we have dealt with. Financials are easy to understand and read. Would highly recommend Lifestyles to anyone looking for a change!!

- Very little to almost no responses from the strata manager. - Even when vandalism and theft occur. - Last strata manager is still listed on their team but moved on long ago. - Current strata manager is still not listed either. - Web site not being updated. - Only seems to respond to critical situations and nothing else. - Paying a lot of money for minimal services. - Majority of strata contractors show up unannounced with no heads up emails to the owners. - Jobs not mentioned in the minutes.

This company does not take responsibility for their subcontractors work. The contractor piled a mountain of snow behind my vehicle stranding me for days. Then they piled more snow up behind me and told me to shovel it out myself. I cannot post a picture to this site that would show how ridiculous this suggestion was. Lifestyles management is not a company I would recommend doing business with.
