I had a mechanical breakdown on a Jeep Grand Cherokee. There are about 9,500 Jeeps in Kelowna itself, so I was ready for a straightforward repair so that I could be back on the road. Three weeks later, it is still in their staging area, waiting to be looked at, for the first time. I feel like my Jeep must be under an invisibility cloak. We have taken our vehicles here for about 7 years. Why do I keep falling to the back of the line?
