Amazing sevice at the front desk! Pleasant knowledgable staff! I watched them deal diplomatically and patiently with some pretty difficult people. The manager took a look and was bang on with what was wrong. Gave me an immediate guestimate which was bang on. Imagine my surprise when the mechanic came to show me what was actually wrong with my water pump. Super impressed with every bit of service i received, the price, and the way the staff took time to explain the issues with my car. Thanks!

poor service and missing part from my car

I strongly recommend NOT bringing your car to the Canadian tire automotive department. I was there for an out of province inspection and a rude "mechanic" came to me while I was waiting and demanded that I get him the wheel lock for my car because he couldn't find it. I found the part (next to the spare tire where it should be) and gave it to him. A week later when I was changing my tires I noticed the part wasn't where it should be or anywhere else in the car. I called Canadian tire and the same rude employee told me he put it back but claimed he didn't remember where. I was forced to go to my dealership and pay 80 dollars to cut the old wheel locks and another 30 to replace them. I was fortunate to have noticed it because if I ever had a flat tire I would have had to get my car toed because I wouldn't have been able to change the tire. Horrible place to go for auto work. DO NOT GO HERE
