I got a very rude response from the owner when I asked if he carries other brands of furnaces than the one he suggested to me. He told me to "go to someone else because he is busy!" That's disrespectful and unprofessional, and I do not recommend this business to anyone.

Rude and disrespectful, thinks because he is busy and has customers he doesn't have to treat new ones with respect. Would not recommend to anyone unless you are a person who has no respect for yourself and let others treat you the same way.

If you want a good quality job with good follow up service choose someone else.
