Disappointed! The day of the estimate the estimator was distracted and did not hear what I was saying. I was not given an estimate and was told that I wasn't paying attention. When I took the vehicle in to have work done I was told that I had not reported one issue (I had!) and that I had to call ICBC and sort that out. When I picked up my vehicle I was told the vehicle had been vacuumed/thoroughly cleaned, not so. Dirtier than when I took it in.
