Family Tire

I am puzzled by the bad review elsewhere on this site. I have been a Family Tire customer since the early 1990s, and have always received excellent products (tires and wheels), great service, and fair prices.

We bought tires from Family Tire on Sooke. We paid 700 for 4 tires, were told we get free rotation & would have 60-80 000 on them. Our vehicle had issues with alignment after & family tire did not return our calls so we went to out mechanic who advised the tires are 14 years old & worn so badly we needed new ones. Family tire has not returned our calls.
