Al I wanted was a key copied. I needed a copy of a car key cut. Not a difficult task for a full fledged lock smith service, (I thought). Then he spent thirty seconds to line the key with the copy. Then he wanted me to sign a waver saying that if it does work. They're not responsible I had been to Home depot and the lady there spent a good twenty minutes trying to copy my key and cut key! Shabby mess, the key did not work at all! So, I am not pleased with their service at ALL
Fast, friendly and best of all super competent. They gave us a quote, came in re-keyed the office and cut us 7 new keys. Every person I spoke to was friendly and professional. The tech was on site for less than 1/2 hour and every thing works perfect. Thanks so much.
