I was surprised by how coercive Dr. Stuart turned out when there was a mistake on their end. They lost my daughter's appliance, and the doctor did not show any sign of sympathy. Finding no sign of sorriness made me argue a bit, and he reacted by telling me and my family not to come to the clinic again. Oh boy.
At the end of the meeting, I did find that his staff had tried their best to locate the appliance, but the damage had already been done in the meeting by then.
