Terrible management, every staff member who showed complained about her and immensely unprofessional if I brought her an issue, borderline harassment.Jennifer needs a interpersonal communications training course or simply to get over herself. No business in human service role with current skill set that effects employee moral and turnover. Wecare was great before she joined them.
Unfortunately they are unreliable. We never knew when they would show up and when they would not. Most times we would not even receive a phone call saying they would not show. When dealing with seniors that need care daily to even get out of bed, this is totally unacceptable. We also received calls stating our bill was past due when they had already cashed the cheque. Then they never called back to apologize or even confirm that they had made an error. They have some serious problems.
