Toys "R" Us

Nice place, Im a regular there and some of the staff know me as the star wars guy :) Friendly, I dont know why someone would call them, in educated, though.

I have been dealing with Babies r Us Coquitlam for the last few months as I am 8 months pregnant with my first child. I find the customer service ridicules. They never answer their phone. Staff are in educated and unhelpful. They complain out loud about what items customers looking for. You would think this type of business would have kind, helpful and knowledgeable people working who are willing to help new parents to be. I dread going there.

Horrible, horrible customer service! Unable to have anyone answer the phone for 3 days. I tried both early and late and in between! Even the managers local or customer service directs you to "I'm sorry" then disconnects the phone?????

Best Toy Place for kids or even big Kids
