I visited for highlights.. it took 6 hours. At 1.30pm after 4hrs I told her I had to get my kids at 3 so she needed to get a move on! The end result was just AWFUL, drab colour and totally dry hair. I went back the next morning, to show her how bad it was and that I wanted my $200, yes, $200 back. She finally refunded my $ after being extremely rude and abusive, accusing me of just wanting a free hair style so that I could spend the money on the Vacation I had told her I was going on. Horrible
