After watching them pick up a lrage amount of flattened cardboard from my neighbour last week I put a similar amount out this week. They DID NOT pick it up but instead left a sticker on it. Their employee, however, didnt bother to tick which box I supposedly violated. This is just another example of how they cant be bothered to do their jobs. In the course of the last year our entire block has more than once gone two consecutive weeks where they didnt even bother coming down our alley.
They not only have not picked up my blue box and yellow bag for more than 4 weeks but also have not bothered returning my emails or my voice messages. I am appaled the city of Vancouver gave this company the contract to service this services.
