In 1989 CAMBI buys four ambulance companies serving the territories of Thetford-Mines, Disraeli, Saint-Joseph-de-Beauce, Sainte-Marie de Beauce, St. Clair, Lake Etchemin and Sainte-Justine. In 1992 CAMBI adds territory of La Guadeloupe its services. In 1999, the company Ambulance Rimouski inc. just join the group and in 2004 it was the turn of Michel Crevier Inc. Ambulances.
