Normally, I've had a decent experience with the stylists there. Recently, I had a cut & color. I don't know what happened, but I'm thoroughly disappointed with my color and cut. My mistake was that I didn't voice it right away. The coloring in my hair has already faded, and I just had it done last Friday. I can still manage my new hairstyle, but I am a little sad that it happened this way :( I won't be going back there. Won't recommend it to anyone either. Over expensive, lack of experience
I'm glad to read you have been happy with our services in the past, but am unsure as to why you wouldn't have returned and shown us your hair if you were unsatisfied in any way! These reviews are rarely brought to our attention, but we certainly cannot do anything to please you if we don't know you are unhappy! Even still we would be more than happy to have a chance to do your hair again.
