BEWARE NO REFUNDS NO EXCEPTIONS! I reserved moorage summer of 2017. My circumstances changed dramatically and within 1 hr 40 min I called back to cancel the reservation. According to my credit card company he had not even made the charge yet, but refused to cancel the reservation and charged my card anyway. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and after 3 months it was finally resolved in my favor. He rebutted my dispute multiple times. So he tried hard to keep my money!
