These people are worse than doctors for demeanour. They are arrogant, and lack any people skills. I will never get my car serviced there again. Plenty of fish in the sea and this is not one of them.
For two years, I have endured various excuses from the dealership about an odour they "could not smell". I know that if they had just turned on the defogger and sat at the driver’s seat as I described numerous times they would have smelled the rotting mouse inside my driver side vent. The dead mouse is now visible in my front dash and Marc Chambers refuses to help and belittled me every time I came in to complain about the smell. Do not trust them with your car.

Kenneth said it had no accidents, local and bought from them. We agreed to a price and went in to look at it.
When we got there, we looked at the vehicle. Passenger door panel misaligned. Sliding door doesn't lock into place when opened
After looking at it we met with Kenneth and asked for the Car Proof. Had claim pending on the vehicle, so it did have an accident on it after all. And, it was not sold by them and not local. So nothing he told us was true.
