Canadian National Team Coach Kraig Devlin invited former BC Team coach Richard Mosdell (a 5th degree black belt coaching in Tokyo, Japan for 9 years) to return home to Victoria so they could combine their talents & expertise by opening unique high-performance training centre in September 2014. Kenzen means 'complete health', which is the goal of all karate practice. We added 'Sports' to our name because we take a modern sports-science approach to coaching a traditional martial art.
