Truly horrifying experience. Called to get clarification on how to process a warranty claim. The lady I first spoke to was fine, but then she handed me off to someone else (not sure if it was the manager or owner) who was verbally abusive. Instead of helping, I was yelled at and repeatedly called "stupid" for purchasing that ac unit. I strongly encourage others to avoid this company and any other company using them to fulfill their warranties, e.g. Visions electronics, Samsung, etc.
terrible customer service, do not return calls, states parts are on back order when you can go online and order parts from same supplier and get them in 5 days, been waiting for a month to get my dishwasher fixed
I brought my TV in for a warranty repair and their service was excellent! They even wrapped the screen in plastic to protect it for transport home. I would highly recommend them.
Just had my Samsung 50" TV repaired in home. The repair person was Tony and he gave me 5 star service. Super nice, knowledgeable and very helpful. He was exactly on time for the appointment and made sure that my TV was fixed and had it working like new. Very happy with the service and would recommend this company to anyone who wants good service and a proper repair!!
I have been dealing with this company since May. The service is absolutely horrible. They show up late for appointments and leave if they can't find parking. After 2 months of telephone tag a technician was finally sent out to repair my device. The repair they did was terrible and left me having to deal with them again to try to get it fixed. After several attempts calling them to have them come out again I was told to F off and go F myself and was also uttered death threats. STAY AWAY!!!!
This was was the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. The service manager was going to get back to me with an estimate for my TV repair. After I asked him to hurry because I am waiting for estimates from another shop as well, he started shouting at me to go ahead with the other shop and that he is NOT doing any repairs for me. I tried to reason with him but was only getting abuse in response, so I hung up the phone. Since when is comparison shopping is a crime?
this store is an authorized Samsung repair shop. I brought my broken Samsung monitor and after 2 months I had to send it to Samsung. They didn't even open the box. When I was picking up my monitor - the technician came out, opened box and started testing it. I said: "don't worry - Samsung will fix it...". He didn't listen, finished testing, then inserted monitor up side down into the box that I couldn't even close it. Rude and unintelligent. Receptionist tries her best but he is her boss...
Possibly the worst customer service and even more so, ability to fix anything electronic i have ever seen. I wouldn't trust this company to replace batteries in my remote control. Avoid this business if at all possible.
