My vet recommended this kennel cause of my dog's diabetes. The owner was really knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable leaving Maddox. Came back to a happy dog.
We left our dog here for a couple of days. During that time we called to see how he was doing. No one answered and no one retuned our call. We came back and our dog had quite the nose injury from trying to get out of the kennel. The owner didn't even say anything to us. We brought it up. All she said is, "Oh yeah that happens sometimes." Also she seemed more concerned about how much time our dog took of hers to get his harness on for a walk. He was very stressed. We won't go back there.
