Boston Pizza St Paul

We were seated right away. Table was filthy. We all ordered our food. Took a long time for food to arrive. Upon arrival of Food, waitress gave us plastic takeaway utensils instead of stainless steel. Daughters poutine had a long black hair in cheese. Had to flag down waitress after 20 minutes to inform of hair. Pasta undercooked. Kids hungry. Will never go back. Zero stars.

Unfriendly staff, tried to shove us touching distance to another table when they weren’t busy and after waiting 15 minutes to even give our drink order which they never took we walked past 3 waitresses standing and talking we left and went to Smittys and had excellent service. Never going to this bps in St.Paul again

Eveytime worst derive, so we tried delivery 3 times took over 2 hours to get food, don't waste your time eat somewhere else

Great food great place

grabbed food for pickup, got Bandera bread and cactus cuts, first off they forgot the dipping sauce, Bandera bread was burnt, then tried the cactus cuts. they must of been sitting in the deep fryer overnight because they wete comparable to eating burnt wood chips. normally Boston pizza is really good but I can't believe I spent 23 dollars to eat garbage

Worst customer service ever, I have never been denied delivery service before unitl I had ordered twice from this store, one time even having to wake up my sleeping infant just to pick up the order, will be contacting head off of bp to resolve this issue in the morning

Worst Service in Town!

The service at this Boston Pizza is the worst experience I have ever had! It never fails to surprise me how they manage to get it wrong every single time we go there. 1) Got my drink order wrong and the waiter argues with me stating I was wrong 2) Forgot to send an order for my child to the kitchen 3) Brought out the meal before the appetizer 4) Brought out the wrong meal - had to be sent back 5) Did not refill our drinks once 6) Didn't bother cleaning the dirty dishes while shoving them around with the dessert plate. The so called supervisors are not any better. They just walk by like you don't exist. It is RARE finding good staff to serve you here! Expect to be disappointed more often then not. I will NEVER go back here again!

Best Boston Pizza I have visited

Have gone a number of times and the staff is always quick, friendly and very competent. The meals are served as quickly as possible and if they are busy the staff are still helpful and don't forget you.
