I have used Hakim for several years now. Always get a great product at a reasonable price. Sometimes they are busy and you have to wait. However, when it is your turn, you are uninterrupted. They always remember me which is a nice feeling.

I have gone there a couple of times to find my glasses. They usually have a really good sale on. I've never been treated with anything but kindness and respect. Plus they have so many options to choose from. Alot of other places in St.albert I find don't have the variety Hakim has

I have been treated with unbelievable rudeness. Each time I was in the store there were two or three other customers. All unhappy with their glasses, saying they were not the ones they ordered. They were told they were wrong and would have to spend more money to get the ones they wanted. I am cancelling my order and while I was waiting, another lady said the same thing. I will be contacting the BBB. DO NOT EVER GO THERE, THERE ARE FAR BETTER PLACES IN ST. ALBERT.
