Tried calling mutiple times and never called back. Finally reached him and he said that he could have the part in a couple days. Again no call back, tried him again and he said that he would could come by - we made arrangements for a specific time. Never showed up. I again tried calling him and got voicemail. He then called me back days later and offered no apology for not making our previous appt and then we made arrangments for another day and he said he woudl call with a time but again he never called. I can understand when someone is busy, but give proper expectations and at least apologize when you don't make an appt with your client. I don't understand how in this day and age people still have such poor manners and for a busines to have such poor service is not acceptable.
They helped me with my microwave over the phone rather than charge me the $64 other places were going to just to tell me that it was going to cost at least $200 to fix.
The next time I have an appliance worth fixing, I will be taking it to The Appliance Shoppe.
