They did roof, siding and eve trough on our acreage with no problems. Were great to work with, left yard clean. They treated everything with resect. Chris was great to work with.
Re Shingled our roof on a hail claim in the cold of November and said it would be no problem. In spring we had water coming through our bedroom light fixture and called them. 6 months later they came out and fixed leak -said it was missing caulking around flashing on north side of house. Called them about repairing water damaged ceilings and said they would not repair because leak was from driving rain. the house is 15 years old and never leaked before - was this year the first driving rain
The roof over my back yard to the door was installed with the trough draining towards the house instead of towards the downspout away from the house. I was told this cannot be fixed due to the back porch being attached to the carport. It is clear that the three structures, house, back porch, and carport, are not attached to each other in any way. NO MATTER HOW SLIGHT THE GRADE< WATER WILL ALWAYS GO DOWNHILL. We call it GRAVITY.
