GERO Construction & Development Ltd. was established in 1976 by the principal, Ron Boese and another partner. GERO started out as a residential contractor and building houses has always been an important part of the company's operations. As the years progressed, GERO has become involved in oilfield concrete work and site upgrading. In the last 10 years, the company has diversified even further into commercial and retail-type construction. Since buying out the partner in 1986, Ron has operated as the company's sole owner.
