The Gas City Dog Club was formed in 1979 in Medicine Alberta by a group of individuals who had a common interest in obedience training and competition for dogs. The club has evolved since that time into a training club whose focus has been the education of its own members and the public regarding responsible pet ownership and in particular - obedience training for dogs. The Club provides obedience classes to promote humane training of dogs (for home and for competition) as well as responsible dog ownership.
