I have been eating there for just over ten years. It's not great, the hashbrowns are bland, the pancakes and french toast are usually under cooked, and last Saturday my scrambled eggs were so raw they slide through my fork. However it's a tradition between my dad and I to eat there, and the waitresses are so sweet. Fast service, everyone's friendly, and after the last reno it has a really nice atmosphere. Definitely recommend for atmosphere and friendliness.
