Good evening. I was just browsing the yellow pages and I came across this remark made by Shannon S. Shannon I have had absolutely no problems with 4RealIT solution's inc. Itake my computers and phone in to get fixed and they do a wonderful job in a timely and cost effective way. They are always very professional and always there to help in any way possible. They have gone out of there way a few times for me which was very appreciated. You cant get that in the city.

I had my screen replaced in January, to have the new screen start coming out. I brought the phone back in to be told the glue wasn't holding, and they would fix it for free. I have had my phone back not even a week and the screen is still the same! Now I have to go pay yet another place to get it fixed.. PROPERLY
