They used to be great, now staff changes are constant. You never know who your broker is, no one ever gets back to you, you need to continually follow up to get anything done. It’s more of a hassle than helpful to use this company now. There mistakes will cost you money
What a horrible experience it was dealing with Margaret. She completely lied and severely screwed up on my insurance which kicked me in the butt. She was aggressive and rude several times. I was very clear multiple times on verifying my information. She made a large mistake that cost me paying out of pocket for something that shouldn���t have been an issue. I got the run around for weeks. Margaret is Very unprofessional.
