My car broke down on the side of the road, they stayed open late on a Friday night for me (until 6:20pm) and when my tow truck couldn't get me there until 7:30pm, John and his crew were able to get me a full analysis of my car by 9am the next morning... which was a Saturday despite being fully booked! They only charged me $100 which was very low, got me in quick so I could make a decision to get on my way. If this store was in Calgary, it's the only spot I would go. You guys are the best! I am a security guard working for Paladin security..we had a contract for B.C. Hydro for security 52 klm south of merrit..I had a severe blow out of my Tyre in a isolated location in the deep woods..I had a tow to Merrit 5 hrs later, went to Kal tire where they were indifferent and very snoty and rude..I went across the road to Fountain Tire and they were so friendly, professional and immediately looked after me and my vehicle..I'm so thankful and so happy with all the staff at Fountain tire !!
