They have the worst customer service & return policy. This is the second time I've bought a pair of boots from them, found something wrong with them, and now I'm stuck with them. Never mind being called a liar, being told it's my own fault, and that its only x amount of dollars that I'm losing. Their online customer service team hasn't even emailed me back yet. And it's been a week! They clearly only care about their bottom line, and have forgotten that having a loyal customer base is how you grow your business! I used to only shop at SoftMoc, but after these experiences, I will NEVER go back there again.
