We bought a new vehicle and had a dead battery within 2 weeks. We were lied to by Kim and Leeland, our car is now part of a case file with Kia Canada and have been driving a rental for over a month. Just purchased my new 2013 Kia Soul from Sherwood Kia. What an amazing experience. They gave us a great deal without even asking for it. And no, it wasn't the end of the month. Everyone we encountered at the dealership was friendly, nice, fun, and professional. Even the finance guy was easy to deal with. No pressure for anything. The whole process was quick but not rushed.
