I had my couple nexus phone screen fixed at this location never had any problem with none of those truly professional technician always ready to help and the good part is i did not have to bargain for proces since i had fixed few phones the guy gave me few bucks off on my total...i mean thats great who gives you a discount without asking for it. In my opinion if someone doesn't like this location then i think they are picky or doesn't know good or bad stuff......i 100% recomend this place
Terrible customer service. Very rude. Had a screen replaced. Couldn't hear well from speaker. Brought the phone back, was outright refused to look at and was told that's how the new product is. Went back again, showed the employee the plastic covering the earpiece. Denied anything was there. We started picking the plastic off with a TAC in front of him. He took the phone to the back, pulled the rest off, put the phone back together, and proceeded to tell us it was our ears and all in our mind and told us not to come back.
