    Staff are ignoran...

    Staff are ignorant and extremely unprofessional. Facility is not warm, or welcoming to children. For a place that does see young children as customers, they DEFINITELY DO NOT UNDERSTAND CHILDREN. WILL NEVER EVER EVER RECOMMEND OR GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!

    Their mixed martial arts classes combine Muay Thai, kickboxing, Karate, Taekwondo, Kung Fu, Japanese Jiu Jitsu and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for a well-rounded education in self-defence. They offer multiple programs, including for kids, adults and women, in addition to an anti-bullying course. Adults begin their training with two free trial sessions, which will give them an idea of what their classes will be like. The kids’ programs, which are meant to teach discipline, are divided into two age groups: Little Dragons (ages four to seven) and Juniors (ages eight to 12).
