i had them replace springs in my travel trailer with heavier springs and hd hanger brackets with boxing in the frame and cross members $2600 worth of rebuilding. Trailer seemed to track straighter but tires wore quickly thought i better get alignment checked again phoned them but they dont do alignments anymore so took into fleet brake and they found left rear hanger placed 5/16in differance than other 3. City said they would have repaired and not paying for competitor to fix. Fleet brake awesom

They will build it. They will take your money. But if there is anything wrong with it and you sign for it, its now YOUR problem. they will not warranty or repair at their expense once the product leaves their premises. Even though they are supposed to be professional axle manufacturers, CHECK YOUR PRODUCT!!! I recently had them build me 2 double walled 8K axles with 4 inch drops. Asked for NO CAMBER. No toe in or out. My axles are badly out of alignment and cannot be fixed. or aligned.

Worthless . Will not help you even fill out their axle order form. Take your business somewhere else

City Spring in south edmonton did not install my rear strut properly after replacing a leaf spring. It was literally hanging free. I didn't find this out till days later. They were completely rude over the phone when I called and the initial guy who told me he was going to find out about it put me on hold, 4 minutes later a woman picked up and told me "the person you were talking to just went to lunch, can I take a message?" Are you kidding me. I asked them to call a tow truck as I didn't want any damage done to the vehicle driving it. They refused and told me that it was my responsibility to get the truck to them. I would think twice before having work done by this company. Horrible experience
