I went to get my tires changed here earlier and there was a slight miscommunication between me and one of his employees. Regardless, I really appreciated the fact that the owner took complete accountability for the miscommunication , and even when things got heated, he maintained utmost professionalism. Awful customer service, the woman picking the phone up is so rude, she doesn't even know professional etiquette or respectful maners .... won't recommend this place to anyone... the receptionist is the face of the business .. she is the worst

Just disrespectful and arrogant staff. Very unprofessional. Staff was making racist comments out loud and laughing. That's against human rights. Also profanity to describe the group of people they were talking about. It was very offensive.
Their inspection price was fair but other repairs were over market price by $60.00.
You are dealing with people all day long, that's how you make money. You need to have boundaries about what is discussed at work. Will not be recommending anyone.
I have been using BTR for all mine and my friends auto work and have never had a complaint. They have treated me with good work for all my auto needs with more than great pricing and high quality work. It starts with a friendly greeting as soon as you walk in the door from either Kim or Jace and continues with all there auto technicians throughout there shop. I would never go any place else for my repairs and will continue to use BTR for all my future needs.
